Tinkerfest is a one day celebration that encompasses the entire museum and its grounds. Admission and activities will be completely free to the public. It is anticipated to have over 60 activities. Volunteers may help at tinkering booths (cardboard cars, taking apart electronics, or weaving), providing lunch breaks for volunteers and staff, helping to stock booths throughout the day, and bus greeting.
You must be 16 years or older to volunteer, and shifts vary throughout the day. Volunteer check-in will begin at 8:15 a.m. You will be provided lunch and two tickets to the Science Museum of Oklahoma.
